Fianna Litvok has been named the Director of Federal Contract Communications for IN3. In this role, Litvok advises government program leads on critical communications issues, including communications planning and execution, message and brand development, as well as internal and external communications strategies.
Litvok most recently served as the strategic communications lead for Applied Cyber Technologies, a program office within Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) at the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office – Enterprise Information Systems. In that capacity, she secured several key awards, including two Major General Harry Greene Awards for Acquisition Writing, a Public Sector 360 Government Innovation Award and the coveted David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award. Prior to her work at DCO, Litvok served in several senior strategic communications roles at the National Reconnaissance Office.
Prior to her defense contracting work, Litvok served as executive officer and senior intelligence analyst for the National Guard’s Counterdrug Task Force. In this role, she oversaw the work of 35 analysts stationed across 28 counties in New York State and facilitated improved communications and intelligence-sharing among state, local and federal law enforcement agencies.
Earlier in her career, Litvok held leadership roles at some of the world’s largest public relations firms. In that time, she directed media relations and thought-leadership programs for global, Fortune 500 clients that included Mastercard, IMAX Corp., RE/Max and CB Richard Ellis, and won a Creativity in Public Relations Award (CIPRA) for her work with KPMG’s state and local tax practice.
Litvok holds a bachelor’s degree in English and history and a master’s degree in English from Stony Brook University. She also currently serves part time as a chief warrant officer in the Virginia Army National Guard.
