IN3 Names Chief Administrative Officer

Bloomington, Ind. (Dec. 14, 2020) – IN3 (Indiana Innovation Institute), which works with academia, industry, and government to create a hub of national security innovation that helps solve critical defense priorities, has named a new Chief Administrative Officer.

Leslie Wolfe, who previously served as the director of business operations for IN3 has been promoted to chief administrative officer. Prior to joining IN3, Wolfe was the owner of El Lobo Management Solutions LLC (ELMS), a management services practice based in Kittanning, Penn. ELMS served small businesses and startups with administration and process improvement consulting, systems and operations research and workforce development and training.

Wolfe also serves as an adjunct faculty member in business administration for Penn State’s World Campus, teaching courses in general Management, Career Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to starting ELMS, Wolfe served as project portfolio manager for The Pennsylvania State University Electro-Optics Center, the Navy’s ManTech Center of Excellence in Electro-Optics. She also has experience in the electronics and automotive manufacturing fields.

Wolfe is also involved with several non-profit organizations in the Bloomington, Ind. area, including the Bloomington Elks Lodge #446 and the Bloomington Community Band.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Project Management from Penn State University. She also received a Penn State Research Administrator certification.
