(July 29, 2020) – IN3 (Indiana Innovation Institute) today launched its new website and updated brand and logo to underscore its rapid growth and more clearly communicate its mission. The name and basic purpose of the organization remains the same: work with academia, industry and government to create a hub of national security innovation that helps solve critical defense priorities.
In the last 12 months, IN3 has expanded by adding six new team members while the number of industry, academic and government partners has grown to more than 200. The organization expects this upward trend to continue.
“As with any growing organization, IN3 is evolving and our new branding, strategy and technical areas of focus reflect those changes,” said Stephen E. Kelly, president and CEO, IN3. “We are committed to connecting regional, state, and national partners through a variety of means including convening research and business teams to solve emerging technical challenges for the Department of Defense.”
The refreshed website (www.ari-tech.org) features several new sections including IN3’s technical areas of focus: hypersonics, cyber-physical systems, trusted microelectronics, artificial intelligence and 5G. It also contains an easily-accessible events section that highlights the many events IN3 hosts for NavalX Midwest Tech Bridge including innovation challenges, prize competitions, small business events and hackathons. In addition, IN3 organizes a wide variety of other events including the Midwest Defense Innovation Summit being held in Carmel, Ind. on October 21-22, 2020.
IN3’s website features its respected Board of Directors which includes Indiana’s Governor, research university presidents and leaders of industry – as well as its Strategic Advisory Group of top leaders from academia, industry and government.
