Jimmy Costa

Senior Vice President of Innovation and Semiconductor Strategy

Jimmy Costa serves as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Semiconductor Strategy for ARI (Applied Research Institute, Inc.). Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Semiconductor Strategy for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). Jimmy joined the IEDC from a major semiconductor supplier, where he was responsible for the global management of a large strategic customer.

Jimmy started his career as a design engineer for a tier 1 automotive company before moving into the semiconductor ecosystem, working in a variety of engineering and business roles, as well as in account management, and design services.

Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
