Jeron Peoples

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Jeron Peoples serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Applied Research Institute, Inc (ARI). Prior to joining ARI, Jeron served in a Corporate Strategy capacity at Rolls-Royce where he developed organic and inorganic growth strategies, lead cross-functional teams and drove external stakeholder alignment to support global strategic initiatives for the Rolls-Royce’s Defense business. Prior to that, Jeron supported Business Development & Future Programs as Vice President of Sales at Rolls-Royce, bringing in close to $2 billion in orders.

Jeron earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Finance, from North Carolina A&T University (NCAT). Jeron is also a Partner at BetterStreet, an Indianapolis, IN-based venture advisory firm.
