Adam Eichelberger

Assistant Project Manager

Adam Eichelberger serves as Assistant Project Manager for ARI and aids in executing partner programs with the U.S. Department of Defense. He has a wide variety of experience in program management, strategic planning, policy development, acquisitions and business development.

He most recently was a program and business development manager with Davidson Technologies. In that role, he served as a contractor for the U.S. Army responsible for drafting, reviewing, recommending and revising a variety of partnership agreements as well as overseeing projects. Eichelberger also served as deputy chief information officer and staff manager for the U.S. Air Force’s A1 staff and as director of the Program Management Office, where he provided global oversight of IT assets and personnel. He has held a variety of program management and strategic planning positions for the U.S. Army at multiple locations

Eichelberger is currently completing his law degree at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and was articles editor for the Indiana International Law & Comparative Law Review. He has earned Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Certifications in program management, information technology, systems engineering, and test and evaluation.

He has twice been awarded the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service and a Commander’s Achievement Medal from the U.S. Army. Since 2019, Eichelberger also has provided volunteer legal services to destitute and underserved communities with Pro Bono Indiana.
